The caller ID says unknown. And they call several times a day. It's a recorded message about their so-called govt. subsidized mortgages.
They give you a choice at the end of the recording to either speak to a sales person or to opt out of future calls. The opt-out choice doesn't stop any future calls, and the sales people hang up on you when you try to complain.
I've made a complaint at the do-not-call website. You do not have to be on the do-not-call list to complain about calls with recorded messages.
