"Rachel" called asking me if i wanted to lower my credit card rate.

This number sent me a text message asking if I owe the government/IRS $10,000 or more, they could help me i dont know thier name (yet).

Received a call from this number asking me to return their call. they do not state who they are with or what the call is pertaining to.

UPDATE: The name associated with this number is Synergenic it is a collection agency.

This number called and left a 1 min. 42 sec. message that was music playing and a repeating message to please continue to hold. At then end of the message, they said goodbye. They did not identify who they were.
