The call is blocked every time so it doesn't come through, but they never leave a voice message either. They have called many times today usually every hour, and 14 times total so far in April, and a few times in January. Using other sites, the phone number comes up as a cell phone (nextel). Still other sites, determined the address to be between 6-12 Temple St. in Nashua, NH. Searching on the web shows a few buildings there both with law firms as the tenants so it is likely that it is some type of collection call. I have never done business with anyone there and am listed on the DO NOT CALL LISTS, federal and state. Since they never leave a message it is nothing but an annoyance call.
Never did business with them, called them or anything else. Now calling my cell phone talking about great jobs.
I have no dealings with them, they do not properly identify themselves as required by law, only leave a phone number to call back.

Called on an unlisted number. Had my name correct, bit her name and company were unintelligible on recording. Then hours to call back and their phone was quite clear. I found out this company is called Medomics and they submitted a bill to my health insurance for almost $16,000 for some test. They are in California, and I wasn't and had no appointment on the date in question. I said if they did a test then they should be able to get whatever they needed from the physician who ordered it, but I wasn't signing anything for them and had no knowledge of them.
Received recorded call saying it was card services and there was nothing wrong with my credit card, but I was eligible for a reduced rate. Told to push 1 to speak with an operator. When the operator came on, I asked which card and she said your Visa card. I asked which card company she worked for, and she hung up. I called back and had a recording that said "sorry the mailbox you have called is full."
My phone is listed on DO NOT CALL list. I never did business with this company before. They ID'd as National Training Institute trying to get people with disabilities to sign up for part time jobs
They keep calling with a pre-recorded message addressed to a variation of what used to be my business, but even the name the ask for is not correct. I don't even hear the call as it is blocked. Has to be a local collection agency or law firm due to the area code and exchange. They have also called from 978-274-9500 with the same pre-recorded message that is also blocked. Since they don't even have the name right or identify themselves, I have no intention of returning a call.
I had an email from them about Social Security Disability help which I need, but once I went to their site, they won't stop calling and never leave a message or even identify themselves, even though my voice mail states it is ok to leave confidential messages as I am the only one with access.
They have now called my home and cell 4 times in a row with no permission and no message left
The call came up as 800 service, but on my answering machine. The woman identified herself with Barclays Bank. Previously, I have told them that I no longer wanted to be called. I was told that they didn't follow the Fair Debt Collection Act. I sent them a cease and desist letter in April of 2010. It didn't help. Recently, I received a call from them where the representative was simply harassing me and yelling over the phone. I have since sent them a second letter saying that they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act as well as the New Hampshire statute which also applies to original creditors ( Unfair, Deceptive or Unreasonable Collection Practices: NH Chapter 358-C) and NH criminal code 644:4 Breaches of the Peace and Related Offenses). They continue to call.
they have called 15 times between August 21 and 8:11AM on August 23 and have not left a single message. They have called many times before that as well. Since it appears to be harassment, I have taken a picture of each time it comes up on the caller ID and recorded from our answering machine, our message playing followed by a hang up and the time stamp to match the photo, to use for future documentation.
They call 8-10 times each day. but I never gave permission to use my cell phone. They got it because one time when I tried to talk to them from the hospital, I used my cell. Now sometimes even if I pick up when they call my home. there is no one there.
The screen showed no name, but other calls to my home showed Advanta Bank Corp for this number. Yesterday, they called 10 times which is about average for them, although sometimes they use other numbers. Most times, they say nothing and leave no message.
This number has called many times and never leaves a message or identification. This morning they finally identified as Citicard calling about my Sears card.
This is a debt collector. Calls have come from his office before using 866-234-7606 and the caller ID on my home said "Telemarketer". On this call to my home, there was nothing on the caller ID at all, no name or number or even something to show they called - except for the time stamp and message on the answering machine. Eartlier they had written about a debt, which I disputed in writing and asked for verification. I have never received anything in writing to my request, but recently have had several phone calls from them.
They are calling several times each day from different numbers. This one was already on my black list and should not have even come through. They always call my home at either the same time or right after. The only difference this time is that instead of it saying Advanta Bank Corp they abbreviated to ADV. I actually had an agreement in place with them and when circumstances changed tried to talk with them, but they weren't intetested. I assume they must think that getting nothing is better then getting something.
The caller ID said telemarketer, however, the message on my answering machine said it was the Law Office of Howard Lee Schiff, attorneys in the practice of debt collection. This seems to make it an improper identification as required by law. They have left several messages and they all say: " By continuing to listen to this message you acknowkedge that you are... and it gives my name. Since it was left on my answering machine, it doesn't acknowledge anything, but would have been recorded that I was being spoken to when I wasn't even present.
This call came to my home answering machine when there was no one home. The caller ID says it is a telemarketer. However, the message on the machine says it is a call from the law offices of Howard Lee Schiff, attorneys in the practice of debt collection. So the ID says telemarketer, but the message says debt collection, which should be an improper identification. Also the message says if you continue to listen, you acknowlege that you are... giving my name. Of course, since the message was left on the answering machine - it would obviously record that the person listening was the person that was asked for, when in fact no one was in the house to listen to the message as it played. Finally, the number reported on the caller ID was 866-234- 7606, but asked you to call back to 800-628-3893.
I believe this is now the 6th number that they have called on. They have never left any message, and they call 9-10 times each day and I have already requested that they not call.
This is the 4th call today and it is only noon. That doesn't count the 6-7 calls each of the last several days using at least 5 different numbers
This company has used several numbers to get through to me, and call my cell at the same time. My cell never gets the name on a new number. The area code comes up in Troy, Pontiac Michigan. My home caller ID picked up Advanta Corp. I actually had already talked to them with no result.
This is now the 5th number used by this credit card company to get through. My cell phone caller ID just showed the number and no information. The home phone Caller ID, did show as Advanta Bank Co.
Call came to my cell phone with just the number, so I ignored it. No message was left, so I knew it wasn't something I needed. When I returned home, my home Caller ID, identified the caller as Advanta Bank Co. This is now the 4th number and area code that they have used to try to get through to me, after I had initially hung up on them several days ago, because they were screaming at me on the phone, and it was the first payment that I was late on, and at that time by only a few days.
I had previously reported Advanta Bank Co with 3 different numbers. I reported this number as "no information" this morning, but the area code was in the Dallas area. When I returned home, my home caller ID picks up more information at times. I checked and it not only came up as Advanta Bank Co. but also shows both calls that were made were at exactly the same time that my cell phone rang. Again, even if wanted, it would be almoist impossible to grab both my cell and the home phone at the same time. No message was left on either phone, so it is obviously meant as pure harassment.
Call came in on my cell. No information, but no message was left, so it obviously is not a person that I would want to talk to. A check on the area code shows it to be in the Dallas area, and I don't know anyone there.

They began calling a few days ago. This morning, at 8:25 AM (Saturday), they called my cell. It wasn't blocked, because this is now the third area code that they have called from. There was no name on the caller ID of my cell. Then they immediately called my home, using the same number and it came up as Advanta Bank Corp. No message was left.
Some time ago, I had to make an arrabgement with this card company due to a medical issue. I had made every payment until this month, when my business closed due to medical problems. They called the other day using a different number (919)872-2436. I explained what had happened, told them that I had applied for disability, and when approved would resume payments. I asked until then, that they not call. That lasted two days. They call my home and then my cell.
This call is actually a credit card collection call. They send an e-mail saying payment is due soon, and at the same time, call my business, home, and finally now my cell phone, which fortunately was blocked. They make several calls each day, hardly ever say anything but won't stop calling. I feel if I was late, and they have charged a late fee, and high interest,they shouldn't be calling unless another deadline is missed.
I answered but only heard music, like what a collection call plays with an automatic dialer, until someone picks up. I finally hung up without speaking to someone.
They called several times wanting me to update unemployment posters. I told them that my number was on the state and federal do not call list, but they callesd several more times anyway.
They called my cell phone several times, leaving no message. I did a reverse look up to get the name and address, tried calling them back to ask them to stop, but never got a live person.
