if anymore 972 numbers or any telemarketing numbers show up on my phone again. i will go to my lawyer and press harrassment charges against them and i made it so only my contacts can call me on my cell phone. all telemarkters are BLOCKED.thats what my lawyer told me to do. and if it shows up as restricted, DO NOT ANSWER it. they are very rude people and will even call me when im at work. if this doesnt stop, my lawyer will find out who is calling and press charges

Called me 3 times a day for ten days. I am not even old enough to have a credit card! I tried 5 times to get them to stop calling me and every time, i was sent through a HORRIBLE automatic answering system. 4 out of the 5 times, they asked for my social security number in order to "confirm" that they were to stop calling me! Finally i got one of them to remove me off their list and I haven't heard from them since. After this, I will NEVER do any banking through them!!!

Calls at least ten times a day. Leaves messages about capital one needing to tell me about urgent information. I just got this phone number and have never owned a credit card.

Constant calls to my phone. They don't leave messages. Sometimes, calls are only minutes apart.

This is Capital One Auto Finance (sort of) This is (Generally) not a collection call It is them trying to get you to schedule your payments using an automatic debit from your checking or savings account. You can set it up weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or twice a month based on your paycheck schedule. This is to keep your payments up to date & on-time Not sure why everyone is all up in arms about receiving this call, just set it up or tell them you would rather mail it in.. Pretty simple 5 minute phone call..

This number calls at least 10 times a day. Everyday!! Scam! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO. I have reported them to the FBI. Enough is enough. There are many ppl complaining about them. You can get online and google this number and read all about them.. Their number is 972-378-3660
