I HAVE RECEIVED THREE PHONE CALLS FROM A COMPANY CALLED TATE AND KIRLIN, THEY HAVE CALLED FROM 3 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS. SAYING MY HUSBAND OWES $4,000.00. FROM AN OLD CREDIT CARD DEBT THAT IS 18 YEARS OLD. HE HAD THAT CUT OFF IN 1993. THEY WANTED ME TO FAX INFORMATION TO THEM. I TOLD THEM I DONT KNOW YOU AND I WILL NOT FAX ANYTHING TO YOU! THEY SAID THIS COULD MESS UP OUR CREDIT! IT HAS BEEN 18 YEARS. I TOLD THEM THERE IS A STAUTE OF LIMITATIONS AND FOR THEM NOT TO CALL AGAIN. WE DONT OWE ANYONE ANYTHING. AND I HUNG UP

Weezie, Ask for Verification of Debt to be mailied to your home and to cease and desist until vod is received. Once received then you can decide if you still owe the debt. If it was not paid it could have been sold and still valid.

Caller leaves a message that you can't understand and when I attempt to call back I get a recorded message requesting that I leave a message.

Have received several calls a day from this number and they leave a message. If you pick up the phone then they hang up.

Another collection agency that won't stop harrassing me about bills that I've already paid. they keep insisting that there are some big unpaid penalties that they've made up.

i get up to eight calls a day from these people from a bill collector who i paid a long time ago i've asked to be placed on the do not call list they tranfered me to another number and the call suddenly dropped i called back and gave them the number they called me on and after i spoke with someone someone called me back at work asking me what i wanted
