these people called to my home and cell phones, (how they get those?). they're calling for Capital 1 credit card. it is hard to understand them. they have a heavy accent and limited use of the english language. Usually when they call, no one on the line when we answer. After calling back, they assure us that since the credit card bill shows it has been paid they will not call back. that lasted 12 hours and then they were back at it again. We are canceling our capital 1 card because the fees on our card are for late payment fees. they charge us a late fee and then the next day show that the check payment arrived and posted to our account. that has happen 4 months in a row. we are done with CAPITAL 1 and A.I.F. Called the state atorney generals and reported harrasent calls.

Today is a Sunday and I would like to spend the day with my family. But the phone is ringing every hour today. Not only the house phone but also my cell phone. My husband ask who is it. And they won't talk to him they want me.They called 7 times on the house phone and 4 on my cell phone. They can't speak english. I have told them I will pay them just leave me alone. I was in the hospital with a Brain Aneurysm. I am luck I'm still here. ( or am I?) Six weeks later we found out my husband had cancer. Plus lost his job. WE are back to work, and trying our best with the bills. we were out of work for 8 months. We trying to keep our house first.

these people start calling at 6am - call every hour all day long. Today I answered, they asked for a guy named Giovanni, probably someone who had my phone # years ago. They rudely hung up on me after waking up the whole family by calling twice before 7am on a Saturday morning. I just filed a complaint with the FCC. I asked what company they were calling from - CLICK!

They have called over a dozen times a day for a few weeks...I finally answered today and they were looking for my ex. I gladly gave them an updated number for him and they promised not to call again ;-)

I have recieved multiple calls from this company for some one who does not even live at our home. I keep telling them they have the wrong number and they keep hanging up on me. Then call again the following day. This is pure harrasment. I'm not even the person they are trying to call. How do you get them to stop?

They did the same thing to my sister and parents when I was behind on my payment (that was my fault BTW). Since it's an unsecured debt, they do that to harass whoever owes them into paying up. What my parents did was yell at them NEVER to call back. That works sometimes.

This number, 888-748-4956 , has called us daily for the past 3-5 days. They ask for Cindy Call. When we say they have the wrong number, they say the call will be monitored for quality purposes. We asked them to stop calling and they have not. We believe this must be a dangerous scam. Please investigate.

The number is Capitol one's collection department (for people who are behind on their payments). If you got your phone number fairly recently, they might be trying to call the former user of your phone number who is either the one behind on his payments or a relative of that person.

This number called me several times within a half hour. When I answered there was no reply and then a hang up. I let it ring the second and third time and they did not leave a message. I have a pre-paid phone and it costs me a lot of money to get these unwanted calls. How can I block them from calling me. I don't go around giving random people or companies my cell phone number for a reason. My cell is pretty much only used for emergencies. This is absolutely frustrating.

This number calls at least 5 times a day asking for someone that doesnt live at my home and is someone I do not know. I have told them i dont know this person and to stop calling. For over a year 7 days a week 2-5 times a day this number is calling even though I have requested them to stop.

these dirty bastards call me 3,4 and 5 times a dat. now they are calling at 6:58 am, and again at 7:10 am. i answer and finally someone speaks, the only 2 words i could understand were "allied" and "louisa". then the bitch hung up on me. if i could meet with them in person i would rearange their faces with a baseball bat.
