I keep recieving calls from this person, Doug Black. I know that I owe $635.00 debt. I have explained numerous times that I do not have the money yet. I am a senior on a $1200.00 pension per month and have COPd. They have taken money from my account 3 times so far which left me no rent money and I had to fight to get it back, not to mention my bank charges. I have to go without grocery money as a result. All the stress is makeing iller than usual.

They call me pretty often but there is silence when I answer and then they hang up.

They call me pretty often but there is silence when I answer and then they hang up. I'm doing it right back to them and calling them back, letting them answer, and I do nothing but wait for them to get annoyed and hang up. They do NOT sound professional at all, especially the half dead/sleepy sounding Rose. If they're allowed to do it to me, then I'm allowed to do it to them. The number is very iffy. Debt collectors? I've never even taken out a loan in my life and am not in debt. Many people report that these people call and say that they are Citibank, TD, etc. How can they be all of these different banks, hmmmm? Curious to say the least. Interesting that the only online results for this number bring up sites like this as well, there are no legit results for a National Collection Center. I'm calling bull.

No idea why calling I don't owe anyone not a dime I don't use credit cards nor have a loan anywhere, can't afford it don't buy it

these assholes keep calling and I'm getting pizzed. I like there theory on that class action suit on ripping people off and then giving you 12 cent checks that cost more to process than the thing is worth. Bad Bad business and they can kiss my hairy ass Goof balls corporate jerk offs, I will go down there and strangle someone lol
