This person calls several times a day asking me to call back as he has a cashiers check waiting for me. I've ignored the calls, but he keeps calling. Today he stated that he was with the Internal Revenue Service and the call was concerning a cashiers check. I looked up the phone number via a reverse lookup search and found that his location is somewhere in Jamica. He speaks with a heavy accent and it was hard to understand what he said his name was.
