Calls from foreigners early mourning and late evening!!:-( No messages!! Just hang-ups!

Just got a brand new tracphone and have had it 2 days and I get a call from this number, when I answered no one was on the other line and didn't leave a message. I have only given my husband and parents the new number so how the hell did they get it.

First call from these people. Glad there are web sites like this so i know what's going on. Hope they stop. I can't imagine the day companys get our cell phone numbers. We'll be checking our phones constantly!!

This is an illegal way of Capital One to collect. They disassociate themselves from this company to keep their hands clean, but they are behind it. Pretty soon, im sure that their will be a class action lawsuit against them for harassment. And to make things worse; we will probably bail them out of that too. lol #WTF?

Called me at 4AM today. All I got was a message to 'stay on the line this is a important message". No one was there after the recording.

Deleted voice mail but claimed to be from a law office

has called 3 times so far today and its Sunday at 1:20pm.

CALLED SO MANY TIMES - NO BATTERY - I NEED CELL PHONE FOR EMERGENCY CALLS - PEOPLE WHO ARE IN REALLY BAD HEALTH DEPEND UPON ME. HELP ME STOP THE CELL PHONE ABUSE.

Call comes in as [No name]. Never leave a message Upon checking online found that it is a supposed Capitol One scam. Yesterday the calls--seven of them-- came from 866-929-5306. I expect that the '5307' to follow suit.

They call 2-3 times a day. They are scammers!

Some fake company with a call center trying to get individuals CC# and SS# DO NOT, I repeat...DO NOT give them any information. Better yet, don't answer the phone at all if this number shows on the caller ID.

Three to four calls daily. Leaves no message or if answered no one speaks. Today a call came in at 8am. Three others followed. I wish this to cease!

East India sounding man asking for my deceased mother, Mary. Mary never used my phone#. Hmmm sounds like a scam to me! Be careful and be sure not to share ANY information. JUST HANG UP THE PHONE!
