Received a call from them today. Is this a scam? They asked for all of my info and wouldn't tell me why they were calling until I provided all of my info.

Looser collection agency with a lawyers name attached to it. Its a head trip to try and scare you. No real respectful law firm will use threats, rudeness and scare tactics. They are mostly a collection agency who eI forces child support judgements.

For a law firm they don't understand the words "included in a bankruptcy" ... from FIVE years ago. They won't even give me a chance to give them the case number before they start bullying me. BLOCKED

This bunch has called repeatedly regarding a credit card that has had a fraud claim on it since 2005! Our mail was being stolen, and this was one of those credit cards that all you have to do is call the number given, to activate. Even though I sent police reports to the "original" company - Credit One Bank , and they closed it, the account has been sold numerous times to different sub-companies owned by this corporation. They have 20 different names!!! When they call, I expain the situation and then they threaten and harrass me.

Keep getting calls from this number today. When you answer it it's music asking you to hold. I let it go to voicemail the 3rd time and I got a message they even know my name. "Hi this is Aurora from the law offices of Richard J. Boudreau & Associates Please give me a call back I'm at 18668901644 x145" They won't stop calling.

they were very rude and mean when I was trying to find out what credit card they were calling from! They harrassed and said they''l take my house and call and harass my family!!!
