They keep calling us many times a day. We called them back at 866-635-4316 and told them to stop calling us. They mentioned some different name. so we told them that we do not know such person and requested to stop calling our number again. They said they will remove our number from their calling list. We had the same problem before with Discovxx Card and they kept calling us many times a day. Finally we called them back to stop calling us. Discovxx Card also said some other people' name which we do not know. Since then Discovxx Card has never called us again. So, call them back and request to remove your number, and it may work.

Its Bank of America. If this number is calling you then you obviously have credit card debt with them. Just pick it up make a payment arrangement with them and they will leave you alone.

Credit cards from Bank of America are issued by FIA Card services. This number is them, calling you for one reason or another. Although legit, they are still scum of the earth, as they are essentially debt collectors. But they operate your Bof A Credit cards

FIA Card Services/Bank of America, they handle the collections for B of A. I talked to Denise Tamayo today as they call non stop from 7am my time until after 9pm, weekends and weekdays. I am not the person they are after but they won't stop calling me. So today, I filed complaints with my states Attorney General and with the FCC. Since they've called before 8am, I am considering a civil suit and have an attorney already on retainer. I'll keep you posted. This is my cell phone number they call.

May 1st, 2012. They keep calling and of course they are not Bank of America. They have my name and cell number already, somehow. Now they want me to give them my social # claiming that my account is at risk...... BE CAREFUL!!!!! They have also been sending scam e-mails from "Bank of America" subject": Deactivated Bank Account...

Wrong person there looking for

This number has called me all hours of the day and early a.m. I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number but they continue to call.

This is NOT Bank of America! They are scammers phishing for personal info so they can steal from you. They are very smart and have been doing this for years. I don't know why whomever supplies the "800" number is allowed to continue their service.

This is Bank of America calling about an account I have with them, just to let all of you know who it is calling from this number, that's who!

866-635-4316 is the #that calls me they let it ring bout 8 times ,and call bout 10 times a day. They are looking for someone that doesn't live here.I've called they company since Aug 09 bout the calls and each time they told me they would remove my #. But as of today Jan 7/09 still get calls 2 by 8 this morning. So I called them again said it was removed and turned around and called me back. So I called them agian want a supervisor and of course they couldn't reach one.
