(866) 419-2780 Phone Call Reports

Is this from GE capitol? When I call back, They just request my credit card number. They don't announce anything about them even company name. Before this happen, I was having phone call from 866-216-1886 10 times every day. That number was from GE capitol Banana Republic card. I don't have GE capitol's credit card and never shop at Banana Republic. Anyway, I blocked number. Then I started receiving call from this number 866-419-2780!! I just blocked, but I am afraid this will never end.

It is GE Capitol Retail Bank calling for an overdue credit card account - mine was Amazon Store Card, however these companies collect for multiple credit card companies.

Calls numerous times throughout the day- weekends included. Once you pick up they hang up!

been calling constantly and when I answer they hang up --sick and tired of them stop it--how can they do this legally

They have been calling me for about a month now. sometimes 6am and even on Sundays. They called twice today, Sunday Nov. 11 2012 and it's only10:30 am! I wonder if it's a computer someone has set up to call??

I received 20 calls from them yesterday. I finally told my boss that someone was desperately attempting to call me. He let me take the call only to have them hang up on me. I was so pissed that I am going to start calling them all day and hanging up. Do not know what will happen however I have nothing to do today so what the heck!

Keep getting a call from this number and they keep hanging out. I called the number back and it is a credit card company. After getting a customer service representative, I was told that this is GE Capital Retail Bank. I have no idea if this is true, but I would NOT TRUST any calls from this number.

WHEN I ANSWER MY PHONE WITH THIS NUMBER THEY HANG UP. THEY ALSO CALL MY WORK AND HANG UP AS WELL.
