same thing happened to me also today i called this company and spoke with a lady by the Rhonda don't remember her last name .i was asking her about there desing center and told her wanna speak with a supervisor . she stated that she was the supervisor which i hardly doubted and told her can she connect me to her supervisor she got upset and hung up on me .then i looked on the website and saw so many people reporting about this lady .i called her back to verify if she was a supervisor and she said u can verify with the corporate office and gave me her SOCIAL and her address as 206 main street deepriver CT 06417. i don't know what i have to do with her ssn and her address.what was that can any one explain me that what was that and by the way who is Rhonda is she really a manager or a physo..and i told her why do i need her address to verify she cursed me and the people in the background having fun what the HELL...strange company and strange people working There..

eally people r rude in this office i m the supervisor for the law office and i was told that this lady (RHONDA CHEVERIER) has taken a loan from the company and when she is been called and left msg at work her co-worker cursed me out what a great customer service.. company like this (RHONDA CHEVERIER)in there company ..very BAD ..people and other company should be aware that hey r keeping people like this in there office .If u don't wanna get cursed out plzz be aware and do not deal with this company...

It was reported in to our office that the people here r very rude when asked to connect to the supervisor they don't and hang up on the face..very rude i was looking for a person by the name Rhonda Cheverier working as an employee..and asked the lady to connect me and they did not and said she does not work when she already does ..i aslo asked to connect to the HR dept.. or the corporate office No.. and said they do not have one what a bull s**t...they do not cooperate ...then i spoke with a lady Rhonda Cheverier and got cursed by her what a great service......this is totally crap..plzzzz think before u deal with this company...
