I answer and it hangs up!

Keeps calling our business fax machine. At least10 calls per day making the fax machine go crazy and nothing ever comes through. I called the number and spoke to someone. said they were looking for a susan andre and she didn't know why they were calling a fax machine Yeah right! A lady named Shea aid they will take our number off of their list. We will see!

Annoying, calls automated then switches to human then hangs up

I have a citi-card that I have had for years. I have spoken to two different people about my account and asked them to stop calling. I was told it was a computer generated phone system and they could not stop the calls. I am getting anywhere between 6-10 calls a day starting at 8:00 am. Most of the time no one answers. They don't even leave a message. I am fed up with the harrassment and am about ready to report them to the authorities. This is ridiculous. As soon as I get this account paid off, I am done with citi-bank.

Calls several times a day never leave message googled phone number and it belongs to citibank. I dont even have a citibank card.

Hangs up upon pickup, only leaves VM from Citicards.

I just got a call a few minutes ago. I do have Citibank, but there is nothing wrong with my account. I always pay my bills on time and always pay over the minimum, so there should be no issues. I just tried to call the number back and of course it's a recording and they tell you to enter your credit card number right away...of course I didn't do that and just hit zero # to try to talk to someone live, and it eventually goes to someone...but I just hung up. If they continue calling me, I'll continue to call them and hang out too. Stupid bastards! They aren't too far from me either...as soon as I pay my cc off, I'm done with them all!

I get calls from 1-859-283-8071 every hour on the hour and has been going on for a few days now. When I answer it just hangs up, but once a man said hello and then hung up and today a lady actually answered and said she was looking for Mike Richardson, who I DO NOT know. When I explained I did not know this person she said okay and I asked they take my number off their list, she said they would but the calls continue. My phone number is listed in the phone book as M A Richardson and when I explained my name is not Mike, as I am female, she said they would stop calling.....NOT SO!!!

This number: 859-283-8071 showing Florence, KY has been calling me from 8am to after 8pm at night every day this week on the hour every hour. In fact one day in a 4 hr period they called 6 times. Most of the time they don't even bother to answer when I pick up. When they do they ask for my son. When I tell them he's at work that's it. They will not leave a message. Tonight the last call I received I went off on them and told them to stop harrassing me because they call every hour on the hour. They told me they'd call whenever they wanted that I couldn't control when they called me. The calls are from Citi-Bank. My son has an account there and every time he talks to them they say no more calls will be made but they wait a day and start all over again.

Recieved a call and they asked me about my recent car accident, they had all the information related to the issue. Operator sounded professional, yet spooky.

Been harassed by this number for the last 60 days. At least 5-6 calls per day. Starts at 8am till 9 pm daily. Most time I ignore the number. Few times I pick up, there are no one on other end. They finally left a message a week ago claiming to be from Citicard, left a 800-388-2200 and website www.citicard.com I called My Citi Mastercard on the back of my card to confirm the harassing calls and was told it is a branch of citibank credit. They are calling to inform me the cash back program. I told them as a loyal customer for many years, I am appalled and outraged the way Citibank conduct their business by harassing their customer day in and out. The told me they will put a stop on the calls. Guess what this morning, I already got 3 calls with no one on other end. SHAME ON YOU. CITIBANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never had any dealings with Citi Bank and yet they call my number from early morning waking me up till late nites and weekends and I would like to have a stop put to it now. Its a recording saying something like we are sorry we are unable to speak to you in person and says they would like to talk to me about my Citi Bank card...Could you please ask them to take my number 1-843-383-6633 off their calling list because its very annoying and all the calls come from the 1-859-283-8071 from Florence KY..

I don't know who is calling because no one talks when you answer the telephone.On Sunday 18th, so far, they have called five times. Saturday 17th. they called six times. This has been going on for about two weeks. We just let the answering machine pick up now but this is harassment.
