These idiots robocalled our 911 center on 10/3/12 @ 1234 EST. My partner said he recieved one a few days ago. They dialed in on a trunk line that goes nowhere but to 911. A message from "Ms Pemberton" stated that we were the subject of "an onoing investigation and the required immediate compliance and cooperation". I attempted to cooperate by returning the call, identifying myself and informing them of the mistake. I spoke to Kimberly Carter, who asked for a case number which of course the message did not provide and so asked for my name and phone number. She stated they were Miller & Clark Associates in Hamburg, NY. I then asked point blank if this was a law firm, which they deflected and did not answer. When I requested a mailing address she stated that they weren't trying to reach me, they were trying to reach someone else @ this number. Then said I was being rude and hung up. Callbackes from that number were unanswered. Fortunately I have many numbers available at my disosal in a comm center. The second callback from a different number reached the same person who promptly hung up on me. Once again I changed numbers and this time reached a "Ms Geneli" w/ "Legal Outsourcing" who repeatedly stated that she was a supervisor. When I requested physical address she stated that I should call her back and provide the trunk line number she would have the number removed. When I asked if she was refusing to provide an address, she stated emphatically no but spent several minutes explaining why calling back would be better. IRONICALLY, SHE WAS CONCERNED THAT SHE DIDN"T KNOW IF I WAS WHO OR WHERE I CLAIMED TO BE. Eventually she said that their mailing address was Legal Outsoucing/ Miller & Clark, P.O. Box 931 Hamburg, NY 14075 but I wouldn't put money on it. Of Course, being a 911 center these are all recorded & logged calls.

Got several calls from this number also telling me the same thing, wanted to serve me papers at my employers, i don't have an employer eigther, i don't know what it's about......it's just to creepy...

SCAM ALERT! Either that or they are illegally trying to get money. Don't they realize there are laws and we have rights??

I recieved a call from this office. My ex-wife had taken out a loan in my name I was being sued by a Mr. Steward really helped me out. The Balance on the account was $!700.00 but i was offered to pay $640.00 out of court. Really easy to speak with this office

I am receiving calls at home and cell with same name Allen Goodman, papers served, page 15 needs discussed, etc.... this has been going on for several weeks.

I just received the exact same call. Telling me to review page 15 of the paperwork I should have been served today about my hearing whichis fastly approaching. No clue as to what this is regarding. This isn't the first time I have received this type of call but it is the first time from this number.

I have been getting calls from this person as well daily now for the past week and he finally left a message saying he wants to speak to me to go over page 15 and I should have been served today at my place of residenece or employment. I'm clueless of what this is about. I think it's a scam.

I just received a call from this exact number from a person by the name of Ellen Goodman (Miller & Clark Law Firm). He explained that he will like to go over page 15 of the documents that have been served to my house/employer today. I have no knowledge of this what so ever he has called my cell phone number several times within the past 2-3 weeks! Who is this person and what does he want?
