call then hang up. Before this, I had also gotten a call from 917-398-5568 with the same result. Looked up both area codes, 805 belongs to Washington State and 917 to New York. What is the point of getting calls from either end of the coast? My number is on the do not call list and yet they keep calling?!

I received a call, on my cell phone, from this number. I did not answer. This is the 2nd "unknown" number to call me in an hour or so, so I figured I would try to find out who it is. I called the number back, twice, and all I hear is blank air. It doesn't ring or anything... very fishy.... The other number was 917-398-5568 (south FL)

I didnt pick this call up because I have been recieving many many phone calls from 917-398-5505 and getting text messages about a cash advance loan. When I picked up the 917 # it was an automated system...a few weeks ago I kept recieveing calls from Florida as well..another scam. I have also received a call today from 621-191-7654 as well. Do they ever give up!!!
