I live just outside Seattle, (pacific time zone) and this number rang my phone at 8:34am on Sunday, August 26, 2012. Hello, it is a SUNDAY...I was sleeping!! Mind you, yes, I owe Capitol One a back payment, I've been unemployed for almost 3 years, and in that time I've applied to over 320+ jobs...and yes I've been working things out with them, last payment was made in July, 2012, just last month. So, I am actually not very much behind...but to get calls at 8:34am on a Sunday morning...well, how is that going to make me feel very cooperative? How do I report them to the FCC?

Calls all day long its very annoying. Yesterday was Memorial Day and they still called

Calls from all different number. Found an app on Android Market called "Call Control". You are able to black list unwanted calls and have your phone pick up and hang up so they can't leave voice mails. Great app.

Yup...great app! I use it all the time. You get 14 days to try the app, then it's a few bucks to keep these yahoos from being able to call you and bug you. I highly recommend it!
