If they could read english the butt-heads and they sure can't speak it maybe they would figure out what they are doing. This is what we get for capital one sending their phone work overseas...they are as ignorant as the asshole trying to make phone calls!!!!!!!! I don't even have a capital one card...go figure!!!..ASSHOLES

Multiple calls and hang ups. Finaly when someone was there when I answered they said they were from capital one and that there were changes to my account. They said that they needed to confirm my identity, when I told them they called me and that I would not give any information they hung up the phone. I still get calls from this number at least once a day.

Calls multiple times a day, almost everyday for more than a week. No message left for what it's pertaining to. This is just harrassment!

I'm experiencing same thing with this number. They call and don't even leave a vm. I refuse to answer espec if it's a scam.

They are fishing for information. They want to know social and billing zipcode!! They claimed they were going to update me on new credit laws... I told them I was busy and would call them back. It is possible for any scam artist to have their caller ID show up as any possible phone number. Never give out info... if it really was capital one, they'd have that information already!!!
