This phone number has called my cell phone 45 times in the past 21 days. Thank goodness my phone allows me to have a blacklist of calls to ignore and the phone never rang once. But they are all in my call history as calls received so I just counted them. Never had a T-mobile account if it's really them at all. Can you believe that though? From November 9th thru the 29th, 45 calls! And I don't even know who they are!

SCAM WARNING! Someone claiming to be "T-Mobile" called my land line and said that I am past due by more than $1,000. They then asked for the last 4 digits of my social. I refused and they provided the above number 1800-937-8942 for me to call and "verify" that they are indeed T-Mobile. When I called the foregoing number and it answered IT DOES SOUND EXACTLY LIKE T-MOBILE BUT IT IS NOT T-MOBILE. I hung up and called T-Mobile customer service through my cell and they confirmed that the above number is NOT T-MOBILE. They also confirmed that I do not have a $1,000 plus balance.

Calling several times, non-stop...won't say who they are. Nerve racking! Annoying, and somehow they now have my work number and have been calling it all morning.

they call me every two hours. no one ever talks.

Tmobile calling nonstop, over and over until I finally answered. They were calling to thank me for my payment and said, since we have you on the phone, would you like to pay your next bill so you don't have to worry aobut it next month? Really, really ANNOYING.

they've called 3 times already today ..no messages very annoying :/!

they call all day long 4 so far today... I had to shut my phone off at work! so annoying I cant take it anymore if my bill is a few days late this starts and goes until its paid...!!

they keep call the wrong number I tell them this 8 or more times a day.

Wasn't sure who the number belonged to, until reading these complaints. I receive 2-3 calls per day, but I never answer. I had to finally block them. I'm tired of the constant harassment. I pay my tmobile bill on time.

T-Mobile calling to tell me my bill is past due and they're about to shut off my service.

Call the customer service of the company they are claiming to be. Then file a formal compliant every time they call you. We called T-Mobile local store about them claiming our bill was OVER DUE. The Store manager said that T-Mobile NEVER calls customers about OVER DUE BILLS. He also verified that our bill is paid in full. We have gotten over 20 calls from them with 1 to 2 calls a day. They have told me my bill was OVER DUE. Our bill is paid on time every month. They have called looking for another person about their cellphone bill being OVER DUE. When you tell them that is not you, they say you must give them your personal information to remove your cellphone number from their records. SCAM

they keep callin and tryin to charge me for a bill that is under my name and should not be under my name I asked them to take my name off and they said they cant do that unless I pay the bill but im a verizon wireless company not t-mobile.

These people call constantly asking for Geraldine Kennedy. She does not live here. I live alone. I have told them this repeatedly and they still call

We have received 5 calls in 3 days from this number. But after receiving the information from the websites and authorities. We added a new program to our T-Mobile Cell Phone as it ONLY works on Android Phones. Their could be other versions on the various websites that does the same thing so check. I was given the information about this program from someone. The program blocks calls by adding the numbers to a Black List. The numbers on the White List get through. I would check the numbers on the list occasionally to make sure they are correct. Please read the full instructions before adding any number to either the Black or White LIsts. CALL CONTROL from Kedlin Company on Android MARKET on your cellphone. This is the TOP RATED program to control calls such as blocking them. To the best of my knowledge it only works on Android Phones on T-Mobile. Please read before installing if you have another cellphone Company.

Calls of and on for 3 weeks about a past due bill with T-Mobile. We have not ever had T-Mobile, they said to take our phone number off the account they would need address, ss #, date of birth of my husband. We refused to give this information and they called back the next day asking again after we were told our number had been deleted. The number they call from is 1-800-937-8942. They said they need this information to verify against their records they we are not that person. I don't trust giving this information over the phone. I told them we lived in Petersburg, VA but that was not enough because she would not say if this was the same as the bill.

They called asking for money when I had nothing due, called tmobile and they said it was not them

It's just T-Mobile call because your payment is late You Probably got a text message about the bill being past due. They will shut off your phone in a few days if not paid.
