(800) 804-0057 Phone Call Reports

Just got hit by one of these scams. The guy with the Indian accent was very smooth. Called himself Eddie Marshall, offered me so many intensives. Called dish network and they had no idea about any of the crap he offered me. Good thing I called or I would had been out of hundreds. When he called back to check if money had been transferred into their account, I confronted him. As soon as he heard I spoke with dish, he hung up. What a scum bucket.

If you look up on -line for cease and desist letter. Send the letter certified return reciept. Be sure to request of proof of the debt with signed contract. Then once you have the return receipt and receive a call then you can contact the Attorney general of your state because now they have violated the fair credit act practices. If within 30 days they do not forward you a signed copy of the contract that is further information to send as nonproof of the debt. If you have not agreed that the debt is yours and they cannot prove with a signed copy of the contract. If you did it thru the internet then they have to prove electronically signed copy. remember the orignal debtor most likely has the only copy and just sell the debt and write it off. Remember if you do have the debt deal directly with the original debtor is the best solution.

They call every day, multiple times a day. I have picked up once, didn't bother saying hello, and screamed into the phone stop calling me. I am a minor, during the school year they have called me during class, in the middle of the night, and when I'm at home relaxing after a long day at school. This needs to stop. Since I'm a minor I obviously don't have any debt. They need to stop these harassing calls. There has to be some law against this.

for Iphones.. Download SMSninja. It works the same as the android phone option to send calls directly to the voicemail by blacklisting the #. This # used to call me everyday, but they never spoke. Oh well.

Call after call , aftr putting this number on my block list. Why do I pay for this if it is not going to work, because apparently I am not the only one this is happening to?

I have an Android, so I just add the number to my contacts with T/M (short for telemarketer) save them all to the T/M contact then choose the *straight to voice mail* option...this way your phone vibrates once but you never see the call or hear it ring. So no matter how many times they call lol...you won't know. If it's a digital landline, there should be a way to block it via options available from the provider. I hope this helps.
