Mr. Dyson called and made threats towards me insinuating that I was someone else. I told him I was not the person he was asking for and to please quit calling. He continued to call and harass me. Tried to turn into attorney generals office but not an easy process. Also tried to call the company he works for but can't really determine who that is.

Came as a Blocked call, I didn't answer. He left a voice mail saying that my lawyer needs to call him today that this was an urgent matter and that I was forcing him to make a hard dission. He not only had the wrong number, he called my Gun shop. I have reported him and sent his recorded message to my ATF agent. She is more than happy to give him a call on my behalf.

I received a phone call from this phone number at 11:52 a.m. on January 20, 2012 from an Agent Coopr saying he had left me a couple of messages or no need nresponse(which is not true) and need me to return the call that may affect me directly. He said he needs me to call or need the phone number to my Attorney. He also said he needs me to call his office immediately his office. He said he has to make a decision very soon, that's why he needs me to return his call...the number is 1-800-695-7444, ext. 7798. I have also received harrasing phone calls from World Financial , when I answer, they don't say anything. They call quite a bit, disturbing my mom(she's not well). This particular message was on voicemail.

I just received a call from this number, x4640 from a Mrs. Schneider for my daughter, who has not lived at my home for 3 years since she got married. I sent her the information but I am making a complaint that they are calling to harras her and request this to cease and desist. I have no involvement in this.

They have been calling for 4 days and leaving messages ....when I called back they said they were looking for a Paul someone and they were very rude when I said it was not his number..this is disgusting how they harass people

Same thing to me - I received a threatening voicemail on my cell phone from a male caller saying his name was "HM Mulinex or Agent Mulinex" (spelling?). He also called my home phone. Said he was calling me "considering a matter that was submitted" to his "office from the date of 7/12". He further went on saying, "YOU need to call me or YOU need to call me with your Attorney's information or I will be forced to make a decision that will directly affect YOU". I am writing a letter documenting this call and will demand that this type of phone call cease and desist. Once it's in writing, collection companies are legally forced from making further contact.

He did the same thing to me! He threatened to take further action and I was to get a lawyer ready. They are just a collection agency...a rude collection agency. I called to actually make a payment and this guy named Steve or Steven Kitchen was a rude jerk. He kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me talk. He even asked me why i bought what I bought when I didn't have money to pay it then. I'm sorry I didn't know that I would lose a job and not be able to find another one and I needed to pay more crucial bills first....he was such a rude, arrogant, annoying little punk. This company is the only company I know that will get in an argument for a person trying to pay a bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Threatening tone to caller's voice. Advised me to have my attorney contact him if I don't do it myself or he will be "forced" to do something.

Very rude and threatened to take further actions. Informed me to contact my lawyer.
