I route some calls to an IVR (phone menu) -- it never rings my phone they are sent directly to be tormented hello? 4 second pause hello, who is this? 6 second pause wait, I don't understand 10 second pause why are you calling me 8 second pause hey hold on a sec 19 second pause ok which line were you I have a few here 12 second pause I'm not sure 4 second pause yeah that 6 second pause wait someone was whispering to me can you repeat that last thing? 5 second pause no, the thing before that one 6 second pause yeah yeah 12 second pause yup 18 second pause what the F-CK did you just say to me? 6 seconds that's not what I heard 8 second pause uh huh 12 second pause it continues... and increases level of VERBAL ABUSE they called me so to ENCOURAGE removal of my number I AUTOMATE WASTING THEIR TIME & MONEY it goes on and on with longer pauses and LOUD profanity agents take notes on calls... the more negative feedback they have in THEIR system about MY number the sooner THEY will VOLUNTARILY STOP calling me I don't mind paying $0.001/min to automatically abuse them into deleting my number. It's waaaaay more effective than being polite

Does anyone know how to block this number from getting through? missed call log filled day and night with these people non-stop harassing me.
These people call night and day without a break, starting at 8:00 am. I believe HSBC just might be affiliated with Costco, but I'm not certain. Anyway, if you have a phone that allows you to block numbers, by all means do so for these people. It's a Godsend. If you don't have that capability, I encourage you to buy a phone that will because it has saved our sanity!
WILL NOT QUIT CALLING
They made an inquiry that appeared on my credit report, as if I had applied for a loan or credit with them. I never did such a thing and am in the process of disputing it. I don't know if someone fraudently applied on my behalf or this is a fraudulent company/phone number. Here is how it was listed on my credit report. call all day and night. weekdays and weekends. answered one time to request that they stop calling. the caller was very rude and did not identify himself and why he was calling. the calls have continued despite my request for them to stop calling.
Non stop calling day and night. And I have spoken to them numerous times to work something out but they won't allow me to talk to a supervisor. They all have Indian accents and are rude!
Got called twice today, no message and no one on phone. I don't know who HSBC but I have no business with them. If a card company is legit they will call and tell you to call the number on the back of your card. They do cards for Menards, Best Buy, and other companies but I have no cards from them either. Agai if they are legit they would have you call the number on the back of your card, ID themselves and tell you what it was for and NEVER should they ask for a social security number in full.
Calls every 15 minutes and hangs up without leaving any voice message.
Calls ab out 5 times a day. No one leaves a message. we have our answering machine. We have 2 HSBC cards but are up to date with them. Don't understand the reason for all the calls. This caller doesn't even have a name with the phone number. I thought they had to have one.
Called me literally 27 times in 3 days. From Friday night all throughout Monday morning. Best Buy/Capital One credit card. Asking for personal information. I declined to confirm or deny anything and told them I'll just go check my acct online.
