they call me everyday all day and I do not have a morgage. Saying this is joanne from wellsfargo calling about your mortgage. when i callef they asked for personal info which I refused and said they would keep calling

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage collections has been calling me for months on someone elses bill. I owe wells fargo nothing. I have asked and asked for them to stop calling me on my pay as you go cell phone and explained to them I was not the person they were looking for. When that didn't work, I wrote an email to headquarters and got a call back from a woman who wanted personal information and to interview me by phone. I told her my name and my service provider, my address and where I was at the moment. I explained to her that II work graveyard and she was waking me up and I was not willing to sit on the phone and spend more of y money talking to her about who I am...which is none of her business.. so she threatend that she wouldn't stop the calls... so they call me 4 or 5 times a day..even on sunday and fill my voicemail box just because I pissed her off. As I said... I don't have a wells fargo mortgage... or any mortgage!

"This is Joanne calling from Wells Fargo, your home servicer, regarding your mortgage..." I recieved 10 calls from them same messages. And I don't have any mortgage with them. When I pick up the call no one answer the phone.

"This is Joanne calling from Wells Fargo, your home servicer, regarding your mortgage..." All four messages said the same thing. I don't have a mortgage with Wells Fargo and I never give out the phone number they called me on-- I don't know who this is or how they got my work phone number somehow linked to my brother-in-law's mortgage loan, but whoever it is, they are shady! My brother-in-law certainly doesn't have my work number since I don't even know what it is w/o having to look it up!

They called me a lot a last year and stopped during the summer and now there back at it again. Why do they keep calling .IM TO YOUNG TO HAVE A MORGAGE!!!! I'm just 14. I don't need them calling me 7 times aday I'm at school so do t call

I keep getting calls from this number at least 4 times a day. Wells Fargo is where my mortgage is but I am current and have always been since I have auto debit. Can you stop these?

I have no business personal or work with Wells fargo. Called my work phone and says nothing. Said hello, hello , hello... waited and hung up the line

SCAM! Do not call. If you do have a WF mortgatge, look up & call that # directly. They just left a message on a university's tech support hotline. I think the # that the call came from was 800-678-7986 The message: "this is Amy from Wells Fargo calling about your mortgage. Please call 1-800-848-9862." Not likely our IT dept bought a house.

This phone number calls 816-418-3900 numerous times a day and says absolutely nothing. 816-418-3900 is Attucks Elementary and we do not want to be called by this number again.

To collect a debt

It is Wells Fargo, but my account is current and after getting 4 hang ups on this today from this number, i called WF and they assured me the calls would stop. I then got a 5th one a few minutes later. Must be something wrong with their phone dialer hehe

I don't answer the calls because I am suspicious of them. They occur at times of the day when it would be inappropriate for a bank seeking to collect a debt to be calling me. They never leave a message. It would seem that a bank collections agent would leave a message.

I've experienced the same problem. Somehow the baboozes at WF started calling me about a "mortgage debt" Funny, I do not have a mortgage with them, never did, never will. WF failed to send me any mail to support their claim and no where in the phone call was my name mentioned. WF has been going down hill for years, now they are trying to sucker people in to calling them about a "phantom debt." I didn't get mad, I got even. WF used a recorded call to my phone on the Do Not Call Registry. I went on line and filed a complaint. Did this every time they called. Hey, let them try their fake game with the Feds. Feds don't play no games.
