hey have told me that by listening to the call, I have to be the person they want to extract money from. My machine listened to their call I do not, since I can not talk on my telephone cause of surgery I had. I am tired of these people calling me. the say they are chase receiveable

Apparently, my answering machine is now their debtor. They have told me that by listening to the call, I have to be the person they want to extract money from. My machine listened to their call (I do not). They name a person that I do not know. Anyways, they will have more luck getting cash out of my answering machine, than with me. All efforts to be polite and ask them to remove my phone number from their system have been ignored. Presumably, they make their money in part by pointing to the many calls they make, but presumably they don't let on that their calls are a complete waste of time and resources

Then get an education and get a real job bottom feeder....People would probably be much more willing to cooperate if you all weren't so completely rude and ignorant when calling. You would think that we owed you the money personally. NEWS FLASH!!! WE DON'T and despite what you think things do happen in people's lives so there are times we all get behind and maybe even give up....

I think it is hilarious that I should have to prove that I do not owe. I have had jerks call me years after I have done business with them (rhymes with starter) and paid my final bill asking for a receipt only to refute it. Shouldn't our corporate 'citizens' have to prove I owe? I think I will start sending out bogus bills and see who pays.....

what kind of collector trolls their own complaints LOOSER. you try to collect on out of stat debt and then act like a third party owes you any explanation id or help by answering your questions. FDCPA requires you to remove a number the exact second you are told its wrong weather you get your answers or not.

Well if you do your job as "well" as yu spew on here - I understand why you are making only 8 bucks an hour If there is a legtimate debt - OK - send a letter Don't call me up and insist I have a credit card (which I do NOT) And don't hang up when I tell you tha I will call the company directly - seems a bit fishy

Theses people Chase Receivable call me constantly saying that i owe, i asked them to send me or give me the info to send the payment i agreed to pay and no avail.

Junk Debt Collector. No tactic too low. Best not to talk to them except to request written validation of debt not just a balance statement. If they keep asking for someone not at your number, remind them of the FDCPA.
