calls started a few weeks ago...they call everyday....4-7 times/day.....i ignore it on my cell phone and they will call back2 or 3 times in a row.I looked up the number here and saw it claims to be chase,so i called Chase and they said no,they are not affiliated with this number and they have been getting calls from clients who have also been receiving calls. Chase said they would never ask for your full account info and stuff like that. The lady told me it was a fraud call and not to answer it.Apparently they are also sending out fraud emails and stuff so be carefull and DONT give ur info out!!!! if u have an account with chase, call them from the numbers on their website(chase.com) and ask for urself!!!!!

It is illegal to call a cellphone with an automated dialer. This caller is doing that.
That violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I'm paying or these automated calls.
There is no company name on the caller ID - just the number.
The caller claims to be Chase bank but refuses to provide proof.

If this company was named Chase that name would show up on caller ID. It does not.
No name on caller ID.
These people play a recorded message when they call that says to call back. When you call back they request full social security number, full phone number, full birthday, full mailing address, full bank account numbers, and so on. They tell you that you are being difficult if you refuse to give personal information to them or if you request them to do something to confirm their identity.
A legitimate bank knows all this information if you are already a customer. They would only request partial information, like last 4 of social, zip code, birth month, and so on. They would only need your full name. A legitimate bank would not become hostile if you decline to give your full social security number and bank account information to a complete stranger.
Someone appears to be selling information to this company that is acting like Chase.
If you get a call from this number, do not give them any personal information, tell them to stop calling, register your phone with the do-not-call-list, and file a complaint if they call back.
They are calling often enough that they are interfering with paying my bills.
