If they r J C Penney, theyr nuts cuz I am paying them!!! So sick of ceaseless calls. I don't even get msgs from ppl I WANT to hear from cuz they get lost in the shuffle!

Calling back to back all day long

I've gotten 6 calls in the 2 hours.. Omg that's ridiculous.

Call from this number more than several times. I have no credit card with them! They leave message to call them back or visit website address which does not exist. Freagin pain...

I forgot to hit send through my bank last month. However as soon as I realized that I repaid all my bills. This number has called me 4 times today. And my actual payment is only 2 weeks past due, really!!!

I actually DO owe JCPenney a very small payment, for the first time ever. However, they have been calling me 7-8 times a day starting at 8:00 a.m. up until 9:05 p.m. last night. I haven't been home to actually ANSWER these calls as I have a parent in the hospital, however my husband, who is a DAY sleeper, has not been able to sleeep at all over the past 3 days due to the constant calls to our house. I'm also getting calls on my cell phone while I'm at work and unable to answer. A message was left on my cell phone, but when I attempted to call back on my break at work, however I could not get a representative to answer for ten minutes and I couldn't hang on any longer. I've scheduled a payment to JCPenney on their website, yet this continues.

get anywhere from 1-5 calls a day. it it 12:30 pm today and thus far have received 3 they are asking for 2 different people i have never heard of. i have had this number approx 6-8 weeks and they are driving me insane with recorded calls. you should also check out GE money at 330-433-5966 if you call this number back it is about your j c penny account. another call just now. HELP

Shirley said that I owed money on the JCPenney account and that I would be charged a 2nd late fee if I did not pay by Sunday. I told them I would call them back. They gave this number to call back at. They had my wife's date of birth, phone number, and called me on my cell phone.

800-527-3369 is NOT JCPenney's. I actually just received a check from JCP the other day because I had returned something and had a positive balance on my account for so long. They message said I owed money, and when I called the number, it asked for my credit card number. I hung uo and called the real JCP phone number--they said I had no balance.
