they keep calling from this number 3 -5 times a day ..when i call back all they say is client services and when I ask if they are a collection agency they tell me that is private information..ugh NO ....how can you call me and leave no message but when I return your call you won't answer me??? you are so blocked from my phone

Dozens of calls, no voice messages left, finally spoke to someone and they asked to speak to the son of a landlord I had almost 20 years ago, then made threats that I would be responsible for their debt. Completely irrational practices. Report all calls to FCC, BBB, and Do-Not-Call Registry. I have recently been getting multiple call daily from this number. They never leave a message. So, I decided to call them back. They answered "Client Services". I asked them what company this was? The man said, "It is a private business". I gave them my number, and told them to take me of their list. I also told them I am on the Do Not Call List and that I would report them. I did send a report yesterday. I have researched them online and seen hundreds of complaints about debt collections and fishing for information, and harassing people. I have no idea why they are calling. I have excellent credit with a score of 800. No debt whatsoever and haven't had any for over 20 years. Plus, if it is important, why can't they leave a message? Anyway, I hate scammers and hope someone finally does something about this! I just blocked them anyway.

This number belongs to a telemarketing scam located in Garland, TX. They have been calling people about loan applications, car loan applications, payday loan relief, collection services, and even posed as police officers trying to collect debts. The people calling refuse to take you off their list and continue to call. What I've found that works is to get a tape recorder or a speaker phone. Go into the yellow pages and start dialing toll free numbers until you reach a recording that says "The number you have dialed has been disconnected or is no longer in service". Record that to your voice mail and have it pick up after 3-4 rings. Once they believe the number has been disconnected, they toss your number.

Hey Richard, why don't you leave a message when you call people? How stupid can you be Richard? When someone tells you that they can't receive calls at work, you MUST STOP CALLING THEIR EMPLOYER! It is against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to call someone at their place of business once they have told you to stop. If someone loses their job from your harassment, how are they ever going to pay their bills? By the way, when the recession hit many people have had to decide to be homeless or pay their credit card bill...I don't know about you but I would chose to not be homeless.

I have asked for calls to my work number to be discontinued. It doesn't seem to matter. Each day this number calls my place of employment even though I have repeatedly asked them not to. Considering I am paying on the bill via a payment arrangement you will never get any more from me if I lose my job. If you cause me to lose my job, I will have no choice but to file and you won't get any money then. Be happy that I am making payments instead of being a deadbeat and taking the easy way out.

If it is AT&T they will never see a dime of my money. Thier customer service is so bad i canceled my accounts and one department has no idea what the other department is doing. Not a very cohesive company if you ask me and now they say they have put billions of dollars into thier customet service and local tech departments. They still cant compete or otherwise they wouldnt need door to door sales people who are quite frankly Clueless. Now at Richard you are part of the problem. You have no respect for your customers and d ont care if they come back just like the customer service department.

recieved a phone call from 18005213236 from a guy named richard he was asking for my brothers information and demanded to speak to him about tax papers although my brother doesnt live with me anymore. I didn't give him any information since my brother never used my home # and had never worked to file tax. Must be a scam!
