Called and wanted my daughters info. She is 5 and we are on medi-cal! Refused to tell me why they were calling unless I gave them info. Called back the number on my card and the lady said there was no reason for anyone to call me.

Harassing

Both my wife and I have been getting calls from Anthem BCBS (this number) several times a week for about two months now. The thing is.....as of Jan. 1, 2012, my company switched insurers from Anthem to United Healthcare. WHY AM I STILL GETTING CALLS FROM ANTHEM? I've gotten a half dozen calls and/or messages since Jan 1.

left messages about bcbs extra benefits that I am not interested in. Called yhis number back, not the number I was asked to call and complained about all the messages being left snd asked them to stop. Said they would. So then phoned my BCBS provider, explained the situation, and they were going to try to try to stop them from calling me

said the same thing as above. about some special program. They have called a few times in the last few weeks.
