I received a call from this number today claiming to be RCN, saying there was an important issue about my billing account. I called RCN at their real number. They told me they did not call, there are no issues with my account, and not to call back to the number 800-321-0484. If you gave any information to someone at this number, I advise you to contact law enforcement, as well as RCN.
