I called them and the Lady at the other end was very unprofessional and rude. I filed a complaint with the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm)

This is not an insurance company; its a debt collection agency claiming to be one which is a violation of Federal Law. This is great ammunition for a counter lawsuit.

keeps callling, so I call back and it just keeps ringing, no answer. I never get a message or voicemail. It must stop! Most others give up after 2-3 times but it don't. I am even on do not call and this keeps calling! Make it stop!

This company keeps calling me even after i said they had the wrong number. They call me up to three times a days sometimes.
