calls several times a day and when I pick up, there's no one or response & no voice msgs. I cancelled comcast in Sept 2012 b/c I moved and signed up under a different name to get the promo...since then, this ph# calls often =(

they keep calling my cell and I don't even HAVE Comcast(Knology FTW and if THEY have to call they call the lan line) so I don't answer it. meh.

Calls from this number were blocked before but suddenly aren't?

Robo call, then makes you hold to connect to a person. They call for money before your bill is due, after due, and even more annoying to try and sell you a different package. 5-18 calls a day is the worse part.

continually call; as early as 7:30 am; dont leave messages but they keep calling.

already told them i'm not the person that they looking for, and i swear they are the dumbest people. First, if someone own them money will they still stick on the number and let them call? second, my voice mail very obvious mentioning my name, and they can heard that is not the person they been looking for.

OMFG I HATE COMCAST, 20 missed calls a day 0 voicemails, when I did answer they wanted to sell me HBO to get me locked back into a contract... calls did not start until the day after my contract was up and now this is just ridiculous. I recently switched to century link and had to change my phone number... F*** COMCAST
