People keep calling from this number for no reason and don't leave voicemail. Can we file a civil lawsuit against them for harrassment and failing to adhere to the National Do Not Call list? Thank you.

Always calling on my cell phone never leave any message . I sent them a text to not to call any more.

They are some kind of continuing education company. They had my husbands name. When I told them that this is not his number and to please remove my number I was told they could not remove my number because I am not the person they are looking for. What?! They then asked that I give them my husband's number. I refused. She then said I could have my husband call them to have my number removed. Shouldn't they remove my number simply for the fact that I am NOT the person they are calling and have asked to be removed?
