This guy is a jerk, and I don't know if he has a legit claim or not. Says he bought all the debt from Gold's gym, but I don't owe them anything. I have had plenty of money in the account they draft from, and it looks like they have been paid. Plus, they keep letting me in the door... and they don't agree with what he is saying. This guy is rude, he won't let you speak, and he hangs up on you. I've told him to quit calling me. He went as far as to look up my mother's number and harrass her!

I kept getting phone calls from a guy names Joseph Taylor asking me to call him back because it was "extremely important" so I did. He kept asking me for my information and I just told him my first name and he seemed to know who I was so I told him, since you think you know who your talking to then you dont need anymore of my infomation. He became aggressive and told me that I had to pay him a debt I owed. I asked who I owed the debt to and he wouldnt tell me. I told him that if he is a legit debt collector then I have to right to know who I own the debt to. He became even more aggressive and told me to give him my credit card number so I could pay it. I told him I didnt have a credit card and he got all pissy and said, "Oh so now your going to tell me that you dont even have a bank account!" That pissed me off so I fired back with, Look @ss hole, you are in violation of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and if you say one more thing like that I will sue you for 10x the amount of this "debt" and if you think your a hard @ss, wait until a judge rules against you and make you pay me. He was silent for about 4 second and hung up.

Also collecting for Golds Gym. He is extremly rude and hung on up me twice...I think he was shocked that I kept calling him back and asking for information such as dates, etc. He just kept repeating that he could take my credit card info to cover this debt, blah blah blah. But he couldnt give me dates in which this debt occured. He called back today and I promplty returned his call again asking for more information. I advised him I had reported his company to the BBB and he said "what does that have to do with anything?" I told him he had called ME and hung up on ME twice and would not let me speak nor would he give me information about this debt I supposedly owe. Now, would he give me a mailing address for his "company". Honestly...dont these companies know you catch more flies with honey than vinegar? I mean, heck, if I owe a debt I'll pay it, but prove to me you are not some randon scammer.

I received a phone message from a strange gentleman who asked that I return his call. "It was extremely important that he talk to me as soon as possible." I returned the call. Who ever this man was "Joseph Taylor" would not tell me why he was calling me, but wanted me to give him personal information about me?!? I gave him my name again, and he abruptly again wanted more information. He kept saying that was the only to find out why he was calling and leaving me a message???
