The services offered are vague, "To lower your interest rate... speak to one of our representatives". One time I actually waited to speak to a person and a female answered after abut 3 minutes of waiting. She immediately began asking for my credit card information, to "confirm" my identity. I did not give any info and was disconnected after not complying to her requests. This particular incident was approximately 3 months ago. After these types of calls continued I began to record many of the numbers used. Many of these calls, regardless of the number they call from start with the EXACT SAME pre-recorded message (female voice). Now they have started using another recording, same wording but different voice (male voice). Once I identify a number used by this scammer I enter it into the blocked numbers list with my service provider. Within 1 day of being blocked they call from a different number, and the cycle continues. Hope this is helpful.

Here's what I do every time they called me, and they have now stopped. 1) File an Internet fraud complaint at the FBI website. Their site is the Internet Crime Complaint Center www.ic3.gov/default.aspx Include the date, time of call, and any details of harassment. Keep these lowlife scum on the phone as long as possible, it may help to establish tracking codes that can be traced. 2) File another complaint with www.stopfraud.gov/report.html No one likes to have the FED after them, especially crooks that know they will end up in jail once caught. These lame excuses of humans will have their day in prison. Believe it.
