first source advantage! After calling on numerous occasions finally left a voice mail identifying themselves! Continues to call one of my company cell phones looking for former employee! All our numbers are on the do not call list but yet they keep calling

I am so sick of this number calling my cell phone......I have had the same number for years and this number never called until I switched to an android...who can I call to sue these people for harrasement? I don't know who they are they never leave a message

Refuses to stop calling, trying to collect on account belonging to another person.

Calling at all hours of the night looking for someone who used to have this as their # and changed it. I have told them many times that whoever they are looking for now has a new number but they continue to call and are now harassing me. I would like them to finally realize that the person they're trying to collect on has changed their number n market in their records and stop calling me.

This stupid collection agency calls my sister's home phone AND cell phone (how did they get that number?) about my father's bills! My father went into a nursing home last year on Medicaid; when you go into assisted living, Medicaid takes all your property (house, car, whatever) that is free and clear, and all your money (retirement checks, Social Security income, residual income, whatever) although you are allowed to keep up to $4000, and you get $44 per month as an allowance for personal expenses...in exchange, Medicaid assumes responsibility for all costs associated with your care in the assisted living facility. My father did not plan well for retirement and did not have substantial property or cash lying around when his incapacitation eventually forced us to put him in a nursing home, and he had approximately $18,000 in debt. These collection agencies harass us constantly trying to collect HIS $18,000 in debt. There has to be a way to stop these calls beyond filing a complaint with the FCC which doesn't seem to do any good.
