Portfolio wants to scam you out of money from old charged off debts that you may not even owe. Do not take there calls. If you do owe them then they would send you letters and if they could sue they would tell you so in the letter. They will scam you if you answer the call. Do not speak with them as you can not win.

PR is notorious for being underhanded and walking a thin line when it comes to Fair Debt Collection Laws! Please keep posting and PLEASE include any and all phone #'s PR has called you from. We need a current "Black List" to post on this and other sites like it. The "Black List" will stop others from enduring all the BS you have gone through. One more thing...."DO NOT CONVERSE WITH THE SCUM WHO CALL FROM PR!" Don't give them the time of day! Just HANG UP! These are not the type of people you need or want in your life. Good luck.

Calls all day long..told them they have the wrong # but they still call

Call with a different number everyday. I never answer them, but they continue. They are scum Junk Debt collectors. Dont ever pay them or you will continue to get call FYI.

They call day and night never leave message and when I answer they ask me millions of questions but won't answer mine so I don't answer theirs. They hang up and call back and we play the game all over again so I let them talk to my lawyer!

this number keeps calling my cellphone everyday for past year!! .i never answer it. they dont leave a message. google number search shows this goes to portfolio collection agency in las vegas nevada.

I don't answer the phone anymore. They have a credit card account that was paid in full over 20 years ago and have been calling me for ten years. I've googled the phone numbers - must be at least 30 now. I've reportem them to the FTC and nothing seems to work. I have all three credit reports in front of me and my credit score is almost 800. These people are horrible and I cringe whenever the phone rings.

Called before legally allowed time by law. Before 8 am, on charged off debt.

I had a debt that was over the limited time for them to legally collect. They keep calling and they will be in court!!!! They can eat it!
