I would like all to know that I did also receive these calls, and when I spoke to the rep (Greg) he was very professional and gave me an email address to be removed from the list, 2 days after I emailed my phone info I stopped getting these calls all together.

there is no way to get off their call list, I used to work there. They will recycle the numbers over and over again. Call the attorney general of the respective states you live in and complain.

I am also receiving numerous automated calls from this place. If anyone figures out how to make it stop let me know. I will try the email but I figure this just going to set us up to receive spam emails as well as spam phone calls.

I too am having problems with this type of "telephone spamming" - I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their call list - we are trying to run a business and these calls are very disruptive. I have now been told (after pressing 1) to e-mail them at: donotcall@merchantproexpress.com and asked to be removed. Let's see if this works. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I too am on the DO NOT Call registry. Obviously that registry does not enforce this type of bad behavior. I have filed complaints with that registry daily - all to no avail. Why aren't this people stopped or prosecuted? How did they get our business number????

The company calling you is Merchant Pro Express out of New York. I've repeatedly asked them to stop calling me. Today I went along with their banter on the phone to find out who they were. Give Liz a call at 646-308-2033 and let her know that you appreciate the phone calls.

Something has to be done about these people. This is an awful form of harrassment and abusive business practices. I too am experiencing everything that has been stated in the posts listed above and I am registered with the Do Not Call Registry. I contacted AT&T, my phone carrier, and they said that I need to contact the Attorney General in the State of Texas to file an official complaint. I am logging each call with the date, time and the person that I speak with at this disgusting company after pressing "1" to speak with someone. Each time I speak with someone and request them to remove my company's number they hang up on me! The people at 646-309-2001have called on average of four times per day, every day over the last two weeks!!! They must be stopped. To say this is disruptive to conducting business is a gross understatement. If anyone has had any luck in getting these disgusting piranha's to stop calling, please post how you were able to stop the calls. I will filing a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry, Attorney General's Office in Texas and the FCC!

I have gotten 5 calls a day for the past 3 days from this number, when I ask to be taken off the list or what number they are calling, they hang up on me.
