HOW TO MAKE IT STOP - Sep 6, 2010 07:48 AM

When AGI calls from 616-980-4030 : Pickup the phone and say "Hello". When they ask for Jon (Jane, etc.), tell them that Jon (Jane, etc) is just outside and you'll go get them. Then put the phone down and wait until they hang up.

This only took 2 calls before they got the message!

TN Removal System kept calling my home number. They kept saying that they were calling on behalf of Bank of America. I called Bank of America and they have not authorized any company to make calls to their customers. do not give any answers to this TN Removal Systems, they are scam artists

they keep calling even after i am on the do not call list and after the request to be put on this list. they just dont stop

I get a mess of calls from AGI - 616-980-4030 . No idea who they are, but they don't seem to stop, even though I do not answer the phone. I love caller ID... but I'm not so fond of these guys. Someone needs to stop them before they call again.

Please stop these harassing phone calls. I work the graveyard shift and am awakened as many as 5 times a day from AGI claiming to be with Bank of America even though I have asked them to quit calling.

I recived a phone call from this company and really wanted my social security # claimed this was from Bank of America.
I have Do NOT CAll list and I will turn them in.
This really needs to be invesgated

They call all the time and never leave a message. I answered tonight and they asked for my husband by first name, then when I asked who it was, they told me a credit card company. What? I asked them who? The girl was rude and said "Bank of America".... when I went to give the call to my husband... he didn't want to talk to them.... when I got back on the phone.... they hung up on me!

Got our first call from 616-980-4030 the other day. As above caller-id was "AGI".

I recently purchased a nice inexpensive Panasonic wireless phone which has the ability to block up to 30 different incoming phone numbers. This gave me my first chance to test the Panasonic's call-blocking feature. Sure enough AGI tried again today. The Panasonic's call blocking worked as advertised and killed the call on the first ring.

I have checked with Bank Of America. They state that no such company (AGI) works for them and were concerned about the possible damage this company could do to their reputation. They took down the information I provided and indicated that it will be passed on to their legal department for further action. Anyone else so inclined might want to follow up with a call of their own. If you call their Customer Service number, ask for a manager and give him/her the info.

I wish the individual states would implement a simple complaint site for pursuing these jerks. No point in having the feds do it. By the time they'd get around to it, we'd be living on another planet.

I actually just finished talking to BofA's fraud department and after a lot of detective work I found out that AGI actually DID buy marketing information from BofA! Tell BofA that you want your accounts to be taken off their outsourced marketing lists.

If you continue to receive calls from AGI I recommend making a complaint with your state's Attorney General's Office. That's what I plan to do.
