Calls me every night and day harassing me and my family. Same # every time.Wants tyo sell me a Saga scooter. I only wanted info not to be called every day.No means No.

These guys sold me a gio scooter and first the charger blew.Gave me an attitude but gave me a new one.Now the lights blew and when I called they told me it was my fault and I was riding it to hard. Told me I had to pay for repairs. Now just last night the rear chain sproket came off and jammed in the tire.This purchase is my # 1 pain in the ass.The guys at Valley motorsports wont fix it and told me I was a stupid chink. I will never recomend this company to any one.No warranty and very rude towards the customers. Now Niel called me and threatened me. Warning Saga Canada scooters suck. Bought an 800 watt scooter from these guys and the rear chain fell off.They fixed it and now it fell off again. When I called they told me it was my fault and they will not honor the warranty. Now the owner Dawn Laybourn called me and told me no warranty and I owe them money for the first time fixed. Also said I was trying to scam them.WHAT I JOKE. All I can say is I wish I never bought from this shaddy out fit in Langley. I am writing this to warn evry one else never ever shop at Valley Motorsports Saga Canada.

If the CC scam this company is running still not enough to scare you,then you need to read further about my experience on the shop premisses. While I was at the shop,I needed to use the bathroom,when I got there,I saw what was the most vile,disgusting and disturbing sight I have ever seen,the floor on the bathroom was covered with used condoms and needles....it was everywhere,there was jizz all over the place,on the floor,walls,door and sink,you name it,it was on there,but that's not all,the place was also covered in dry blood,the sink,mirror,floor and door handles were covered in dry blood.The toilet was just as disgusting,it was pretty much overflowing with $hit and used tampons,if the sight will not drop you dead on your tracks,the smell of this place will,it smelled sooooo horrific,I have smelled rotting meet more pleasant smelling than this bathroom. One more thing,when I was leaving,I saw a young girl smoking crack on the side of this building in the alley while servicing a john with her behind,I later found out it was a person named Robin ,the now tranny daughter of Dawn Laybourn,the owner of this business.Robin Laybourn once a man now turned tranny.

I too had a very negative experience with this company.Around two months ago I purchased a electric scooter from them,I payed with a credit card and also purchased the extended warranty.What happens next is unbelievable,the following day I get a call from my credit card company asking me about some unauthorized purchases,I told the CC company I was currently at work and not out shopping,it turns out,the sales person that I dealt with that day,she double swiped my credit card. I was informed by my CC company,the person tried to make a large purchase on some goods that seemed odd,so it set off a red flag to the CC company.It was determined that it was sinclairs motorsports that double swiped my credit card(there is video footage of the person I dealt with caught on camera in the store trying to make the purchase),due to the fact I did not use my credit card after my purchase with them,so it could not have been any other establishment that did this. They are currently being investigated by my CC company for fraud and I have also filed a complaint on them to the BBB. I cannot stop anyone from dealing with them,but I can surely warn others about this very shady business

I was shopping for a pocket bike for my grandson for his birthday,I stumbbled upon this shop in a pretty bad part of town,I was a little hesitant to go in,but the lady working in there was pretty persistant I go in and check it out,so I did,she gave me all kinds of sales pitches and tried really hard to sell me a pocket bike,but I refused to buy one,due to her looking like a zombie druggy type,what happened next is appauling,while I was walking towards the door,this woman grabbed my purse,pushed me to the ground and started to rob me,she kept on mumbling the words " I have not had a F*#@&* fix all day" while she was robbing me. I was hurt pretty bad,I managed to crawl out of there and getaway and seek help from a nearby business. Dawn Laybourn you Whore,if you are reading this,I would like to say,you are a complete lowlife scum,I cannot believe you would rob and physically assault a 73 year old senior woman,you are a complete lowlife for doing what you did,may god not have mercy on you at all. I am still unable to walk properly after what you did to me,I now need to use a cane to walk and now,I cannot even walk to the store because you injured me like this
