I had an email requested a price urgently to be paid by credit card for 20 VHF radios. We had this same request last year many times going to the US using fake credit cards hence the quick reply before the credit card owner realizes their gone.

Today had a urgent request to send 100 concrete blades next day to a home in Modesto, CA. Obviously smells like a scam.

We had the same email asking for urgent overnight delivery to a cargo company in NY with a billing address in CA for expensive medical equipment. The request came in from a literature request from a medical supply buying guide - under the guise of being legitimate but so obviously a credit card scam!

Had an email wanting to purchase expensive equipment overnight, shipping to an overseas forwarder, with a billing address in the US. A classic credit card ripoff scam.

Below is the email I received this is a typical scam. The credit card will be stolen and if he provides a billing address it will not match. The business does not exist. If you call the number a man will answer but his responses will be unintelligible. "I will like to know if you have this item available in stock and get back to me with the total cost of it plus overnight shipping and again let me know the preferable credit card for the payment. A man phoned my business line and wanted to purchase our products for $4,000 and pay with his credit card at once. Then he stammered he has several credit cards and wants to split the payment, I starting to process it already, when I saw that credit cards are suspended as stolen.
