I have two FCC complaints filed against this company - one in Sept. 2010 and one in Oct. 2010. Today we received yet another fax from them. How does one actually stop a company like this? They completely disregard requests to remove them (which I might add are TOLL numbers and cost us money to request removal) and nothing appears to be happening to stop them after seeing other FCC complaints dating back to 2008.

Woke us up at 6:00 ama with a fax. Unbeleivable. To unsuscribe they say to fax a request. They don't even have the decency to list their name.

The number (516) 213-3447 belongs to a company called PACKETEL. They provide fax numbers to individuals and companies. I have yet to find out who the actual company is that uses the number. Packetel is owned by PROTUS the largest junk fax company in the world. I have a feeling Packetel / Protus assist this company in their fax marketing. I paid the $5 US Search fee and this is all the info I received.

A fax about life insurance came to our office sometime over the weekend, asking that the form be completed and faxed back to 1-516-213-3447. There are opt-out instructions at the bottom: "To Unsubscribe Do Not Fax This Page back.. Instead Register Your Fax Number at www.removemynumber.info." As temp[ted as I was to send back a fax blizzard, I have a feeling that following those instructions will simply confirm for them that we have a valid fax number. I have printed the complaint forms from the Indiana attorney general's web site and will file a junk-fax complaint with that office. It's always nice when I can take advantage of Indiana's "Do Not Fax" law.

These jack-wads also continue to send us fax after fax even after using their "opt-out" web page. Unfortunatey we use an electronic fax service (E-Fax.Com) and are paying 10 cents per page. I did file a complaint with the FCC but don't really know how successful it will be in stopping the piece of crap company who do not have the balls enough to put thier name or phone number (voice) on their solicitation.

These jerks won't stop faxing the same form over and over... anyway to make them stop? ... the unsubscribe at the bottom of their form doesn't work worth a crap.

I have sent back faxes tell them to stop faxing me, they are wasteing my fax ink. They will not stop faxing me the same form over and over again.
