Been getting calls from this number as well. Though I have never attended University of Phoenix the guy on the phone says "sorry I mean Ashford University". I did attend Ashford for several classes, before I realized the school was not worth what I was paying for it. I do have a student loan that is in good standing and never a late payment. He asked me to verify my date of birth and I declined. He stated if I give you the year you were born can you supply the month and day. He did have the correct year but I still wouldn't give him anything. He stated since I was not cooperating he was disconnecting the call. I don't know who sold my information to this company and I am very upset that a school who has our personal information is selling it to a third party company. Now they have access to our personal information without our permission. I feel that is violation of privacy. Since I am in good standing with my student loan I am no longer going to take calls from this number, but it bothers me that they have my personal information and god only knows who all has access to it. Hmmmmmm

THESE PEOPLE CALL ME 3 TIMES PER DAY. THEY REFUSE TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AND WANT ME TO ID MYSELF. I BELIEVE THEY ARE DANGEROUS PEOPLE WORKING FOR ALQUADA. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. THEY ALSO MAY BE LOCATED IN ARIZONA.

Has been calling/harassing my elderly parents looking for me even though I have not lived with my parents for over 25 years. They need to stop before they cause my Father to have a heart attack. I will be filing a harassment complaint on behalf of my parents within the next week if my recent requests for them to stop are not heeded.

the number 513-469-5261 (ohio) appears on my caller id at least 2 times a day and has been that way for the last year or so. They are looking for a kelly morris which does not live at this address or phone number.Ive let them know about this and they say that they are going to remove the number.Still hasnt happened.If they dont remove my number i will be forced to file a harassment law suit against student outreach solutions.Maybe reporting the number this way will help.

Student Outreach Solutions Automated calling system. w/me Calling for University of Phoenix. When I called to find out who they were and what they wanted the operator transferred me to Cust Svc. The agent that answered was very rude when I asked to be removed from the call list since the automated system starts calling at 8am. He began arguing with me when I wouldn't verify any information (since I didn't know who they were) and then he HUNG UP on me. I called back and the operator that answered checked our phone number (BEWARE-they have caller ID) and advised that notes were put in to remove the phone number.
