i never answer. Caller ID says Card Services. Only thing that means is 1) Fraud Protection 2) Loss of Income Protection 3) Idention Theft Protection. Basically, spending more money than necessary to have more debt than you need. Anyways, I want to know how to shut these people down.

I called Bank of America and they said they will take my number off the "list" so I should no longer receive calls from this number.
