(503) 563-0005 Phone Call Reports

I received daily calls from this spammer for the past month, despite being registered to the governments DNC list and pressing 9 to "opt out". I finally decided to press 1 and leave a message. I recieved a call a few hours later form a Rick Stevens - Secure Health Corp (954)-644-5101 responding to my "inquiry" for health insurance. I quickly corrected him that I was actually an attorney trying to associate a name to this spammer, he immediately hung up. I am filing a complaint with the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm). Moreover, as I called back to let him know, I will be filing a law suit in my state court pursuant their violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 USC 227) if they call my number one more time. 503-563-0005 called my cell phone. When i answered it was a recorded message with a woman's voice asking me if I wanted cheaper health care coverage. She said to press one now if you want to take advantage of this offer. I did, hoping to get to a representative to ask them to remove me from their list. It did not. Rather, the same voice then asked me to leave a message with my personal information for an 'insurance agent' to call me back. I did not and hung up. I filed a complaint with the National DNC Registry.
