This was an evening call (8:20pm) and a hangup.

They have called my home 2x today and twice yesterday. My husband called the number back after he answered the phone without anyone responding on the other end. When he called, a recording states that they do not except incoming calls.

Based on the posts these people have been doing this for a number of years. They have called my office several times over the past week or so. always hang up. Today I called the # back and a guy just hummed. So I put hm on hold. Thanks for the main office# and address in previous posts. Next time they call me, I am going to say something like, "it's that company on Renton, Washington again". Then I will say something that I am not going to print here.

Judging from the online complaints about this company's number: If enough people are upset with this company calling and accessing information without permission from the onset from health insurance companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida (what they told us), etc... , then this matter should be addressed in a court of law at some point. Not sure what the legality of private insurance companies selling and/or providing your information to marketing research firms is... Surveys are used for the intention of Marketing to Consumers so Marketing Research companies should be included as "telemarketers". The legality of these companies receiving your personal information such as phone numbers from health insurance companies is NOT ETHICAL in the least. Everyone says that they are Pacific Marketing but they identified themselves as DELVE National Marketing which makes this that much more questionable.

Continually calling my work number, which I never give out! No message and they don't answer their line!

What the federal govt. is doing? they should punish this company for harassing people.

I have gotten calls from Pacific Market Research in the past. Wasn't ever a big deal. However, this weekend they called my home telephone 11 times. Once on Friday, 3/18, once on Saturday, 3/19 and NINE times yesterday, 3/20. Between 3:30pm and 5:50pm they called my house 9 times. Of course, they couldn't be bothered to leave a message. I got calls from them at 3:30pm, 4:03pm, 4:18pm, 4:31pm, 4:59pm, 5:11pm, 5:22pm, 5:33pm and 5:50pm. This is insane!!! Had I been home to take their calls I would have answered the phone. What the heck?!?

Have been calling three or four times a week, different times of day, for about two weeks. this morning they called at 7am. If they are calling from Washington State, it was 6am there. Good heavens, people, get a life. They won't leave a message, and I won't pick up again. I answered them one afternoon to tell them to stop calling. A woman stated it was "Pacific Market Research". I said to take my number off of her call list. She said she didn't have a call list. I hung up. This is harrassment. Stop calling and annoying us. Get another job. Have a little pride.

I recieve calls several calls from this number number every week & they never leave a message. The call is usually after 8pm which I feel is unexceptable for a business to call. So annoying!!!!

I'm always getting phone calls, no messages and right now I answered and they hung up on me. This is annoying and wasting my minutes. I need them to stop calling me!
