Same as other people have reported. Recorded call telling me they can reduce my debt. After clicking 1 I was redirected to a human who asked if I pressed 1 to reduce my debt. When I responded, "no I pressed 1 to get on your do not call list." They hung up.

I HAVE RECIEVED CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND HAVE ASKED REPEATEDLY TO DROP MY NUMBER FROM THEIR CALL LIST, dOES NO GOOD,,,HAVE BEEN ON THE NO CALL LIST FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND EVEN THIS DOES NOT STOP, iF i GET A LIVE REP, THEY HANG UP IMEDIATLY. bUT CONTINUE TO CALL..tHE LADY IS RIGHT...'BEYOND FRUSTRATING'.. EACH CALL IS A ROBO CALL AND WHEN I FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS TO GET A LIVE REP, THEY HANG UP IN YOUR FACE. ON A LAND LINE UT HAS NO NUMBER BUT WHEN THEY CALLED MY CELL..I FINALLY HAVE A NUMBER TO REPORT. ITS ALWAYS THE SAME THING ..THEY WANT TO LOWERE MY CREDIIT CARD RATE AND I MUST HURRY , SURELY THERE IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE

ANSWERING MACHINE RINGS MY CELL PHONE AND I ANSWER . WORDS SPOKEN ARE TO THE EFFECT "DO YOU WANT TO LOWER YOUR CREDIT CARD RATES?" SINCE MINE ARE QUITE HIGH, I PRESSED #1 FOR MORE INFO. A REAL VOICE NAMED "REBECCA" ASKED IF I WANTED TO LOWER MY VISA OR MC RATES. I COULD HEAR OTHER OPERATORS IN THE BACKGROUND TALKING , SO I FIGURED THERE WERE OTHERS IN THE ROOM FROM WHERE THE CALL WAS GENERATED. I SAID YES. THE OPERATOR ASKED ME HOW MUCH CREDIT CARD DEBT DID I HAVE AND WHEN I TOLD HER NONE SHE SAID I DID NOT NEED HER SERVICES. SHE PROMPTLY HUNG UP ON ME. I FIGURED THIS WAS A SCAM. BUT I WONDER IF I HAD SAID AN AMOUNT IF SHE WOULD ASK FOR MY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. HOW ELSE COULD THEY HAVE HELPED. ME. SO PEOPLE BEWARE, IF SOMEONE CALLS YOU , NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO THEM, EVER. I FILED A REPORT WITH THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, WHICH I HAVE MY CELL PHONE NUMBER REGISTERED WITH. THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME WITH THE RESULTS.

Got a call from them on my cell - asked what card they are working with, could not answer, kept saying that they can lower my interest rates. Asked to be removed from the calling list - they hung up. Scam!

they want to lower your credit card interest - call themselves credit card services. when you ask to have your number removed, they hang up. when you call back and get the recording stating that if you want to be removed enter your phone number - after the first three digits they hang up.

I am on do not call list and still receive calls from this number using my minutes

"Rachel from Account Services" called as a robo call 5 minutes ago. This time, they called my cell phone, so I was able to get the phone number. Typically it is my land line. I pressed 1 to speak to an agent, who identified herself as Megan. She asked if I was calling regarding information I had received to lower my interest rate. I said, "I'm calling due to the phone call I just received." Immediately, she hung up. I *think* this may be from either CitiBank or Bank of America credit cards, but am not sure. I have asked BofA to place me on their "No Marketing" and "Do not call" lists. I have been on the national Do Not call list for years. It's beyond frustrating.

Called on my cell phone. This number has been on the Do Not Call List for several years. So frustrating because you can't call them back and when you try to tell them you are on the Do Not Call List they hang up on you.

called me to lower interest rate on credit card, the agent immediately asked how much debt i have, i asked which credit card company i am talking to and she hung up.
