the person would not give their name, but said they were a legal assistant. Would not tell me what the debt was for, just that I owed money. He got very nasty with me on the phone, said they would garnish my wages and take me to court and jail if I didn't pay the bill. I've written them twice asking to not call me. The calls stop for a short period of time, then resume to about 3 times a day every day. All I know if they are Capio Partners.
