This is a debt buyer who buys old debts from companies then harrass people years later. They have a tendency to not be able to validate the debt.

Called to collect on a Capital One Visa account they claim that I had since 1997. She wanted to know what I could pay and that she has sent numerous letters to which I did not receive nor do I even remember having an account at that time. I got married in 1997 and I did not apply for any loans at all. She stated that this debt was incurred in 1997 and that I needed to log onto their website and to see the debt. They have called me before on my cell phone and I do not have this kind of debt. How can they collect on accounts older than 7 years old. I do not have this kind of debt and they need to back off.
