The same person is calling me about a lawsuit his name is john he as a indian acsent he leaves empty threats on my voicemail they wont stop calling this has been going on for about a year now i havent even picked up the phone dont listen to it ignore it tell them to f### off it is a scam

I get a call at work to tell me that I have a payday loan that I have not pay for.When I told the man I didn't have one,he get mad and told me it would go against my ssn.I told him not to call me at work ,He yell and told me to pay my bills.He call back and hung up on him

Block these people they have ur name address phone number and last 4 of ss number if u a have a paday loan somewhere or in the past that's how they got u illegitimate foreigners that will go to hell for this

says from cash advanced u s a payday loan has address and last for digits of social security number asking for a demand of monies or I am going to court do not give these people any information ~in another country

Man with a very thick middle eastern accent told me the charges were being brought against my SSN# and that i would recieve a summons to appear in court and be arrested in 4 hours , when i told him to come to my door personaly and put the cuffs on me he cussed me out and hung up. this was for a pay day loan i never got and stated only i knew all the details.

Called claiming i had a charge against me from a lawyer, said they couldnt go into detail, and immediately asked for my phone number. On the plus side she said her name was Maria Gomez, so next time I'm going to speak to her in spanish since she had a such a thick indian accent and try to throw her off. I will also try the "no entiendo ingles" approach, maybe it'll work.

this guy w/ a middle-eastern accent- name William Scott- claimed that his caling from the courthouse- law office of Michigan- stating that there is a lawsuit filed against me and a credit report w/ my ss# and 3 more previous lawsuit against me that I should call him right away before this case is filed to the courthouse at this # 347-474-7041-(NY) #. he's threatening me that I should get back w/ him right away. I have been getting this kind of phone calls from other part of the states w/ same voice/messages but different phone #

Threatening middle eastern man, used expletives, told me to come to Brooklyn (to fight him). Called repeatedly for a friend of mine. I told him I had no idea what he was calling about, or why he was calling me. Somehow he obtained my number and thinks I'm this person's "best friend". Screamed at me continuously. I hung up on him, and he kept calling back. Said that if I don't get the message to my friend to call him, I will receive "a thousand" calls from him. He's supposedly calling from a collection agency, but would not give me his address. Unsettling.

They keep calling about a so called loan I took out and something about a lawsuit against my social which is totally a scam.

Someone at this number keeps calling me, day and night. When I see the call coming in I hang up. Thye called me 12 times in a row and they finally gave up after I hunbg up on them 12 times. I do not know anyone from this company, nor do I owe them money.

Called claiming there was a lawsuit for someone who doesn't have this number, and when spoke to the person with mideastern accent he started talking about luid acts

"John Henry" claims i have a suit filed against me for an unpaid loan i never recieved. Wants me to send them money to pay off the loan.
