Caller ID picked up on this call while I was in a call-since long distance I called back on my cell phone and a message said it was a non existent # Sick people in this world

These people called in the past and they'd hang up when I told them I was on the do not call list. I played along with them this time, acting interested since they ignored previous requests to remove me from their call list. So, I acted interested until they finally asked for a credit card # to determine my eligibility for one of their cards at a lower rate. I said, "Let me understand this, you want me to give you, a complete stranger, my credit card #, despite that you violate the do-not-call list and hide behind a phony caller ID. Lady, every time someone from your company calls I'm going to tie up their time just like I just did with you." And hung up. THE IDIOT called me back and told me to die and go to hell!!! But she called back on the company's REAL # and company name! I called back and got her directly and thanked her for being so stupid. Now I can report them to authorities! They are called D&C Solutions and this idiots direct line is 407-434-7130.

Robot call about lowering interest rates; they keep on leaving VM on our phone so annoying!

I answered the call , We have been getting I-ROBOT messages like this for over a year now. It always say's....This is RACHEL with Card Holder Services. There are no current issues with your credit card accounts so stay on the line if you would like to chat with one of our Service Representatives. OK, well for a SOLID YEAR I have always PUSHED 3 like it says to do to DISCONTINUE the CALLS. They still keep calling our house!! After a year I finally PUSHED ONE to talk to a REAL PERSON. I told her I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and she tells me" I should have PUSHED 9 BITCH to put a stop to the calls!! " Hangs up on me before I can tell her, Well your MESSAGE IS TELLING PEOPLE to PUSH 3!
